Soye: For the plant base meat space, are you aware of any of the excellent resources for reading more about the technical details and the bottl necs in this space as that you'd be able to recommend for listeners? Ye, i would agree with you there. I mean, part of the reason why i started to write a very sort of indepth analysis of the scientific disciplines involved in cultivated iscause i felt that there really wasn't anything out there. Soye: If someone's out there that has the sort of biochemistry background, they, you know, an understanding of plant base meat, just start writing. That's actually how i got into the field.
