He said people were not taking into account the different groups who may have benefited from this scenario. I think what we have to take into account is the people that are making those comments are generally people that get to walk into rooms and feel like they belong. So, Alan Sugar and Malcolm Gladwell are really lucky because they don't have to deal with that.
