I've been doing corporate training stuff for 30 years. So few people even try to look at actual measurable results or T one T two, it's just crazy. I was face to face with the vice president of, of training at a major top 10 pharmaceutical company. She said, what if the results are bad? I don't want my boss to know. And this is what has emerged and evolved over some iterations. This is how it emerged very organically. He said, you know what? These are really great skills. I want my whole team to know them. It takes some boldness.
