I don't believe we can make a law that will stop youth consuming canaves. Children are using maana right now vile. And we need to get tem out of the black market and get them help and education. I was, i mean, i'm half german, and i started drinking here when i was 14. Even in it was never nobody ever policed us. No one checked ideas. It's not the same sort of culture as in the United States.
