Is God Patient With His Sovereign Decree?
Calvinist view of god is that he's patient toward you, not towards his sovereign decrees. God ultimately determines the will of his creatures to either accept or reject the gospel. Calvinists often try to re-interpret these passages to make them fit their own views. It just confounds this otherwise very simple, very im easy to understand passage.
