Is There a Prejudice in the Workplace?

If prejudice is entering in at the level of belief, we are a little more able to police our own commitments. What one hopes to do is just change one's spontaneous habits. Once you put a name to it and analyse its structure, you become much more aware of the possibility that you're doing it or you're on the receiving end of it. Miranda: It's useful to have a label like credibility deficit as part of an understanding of what's going on... I know lots of people who think they've been subject to that in the workplace.
