Is There a Prejudice in the Workplace?

If prejudice is entering in at the level of belief, we are a little more able to police our own commitments. What one hopes to do is just change one's spontaneous habits. Once you put a name to it and analyse its structure, you become much more aware of the possibility that you're doing it or you're on the receiving end of it.
