How Do You Define Success?

When you find yourself in one of these transitions, whether it's something you've planned or something that just kind of happens to you, be careful about the way you define success. All you can do is figure out what is the next thing, and then the next thing after that,. And the destination that you end up at might be a lot different than where you thought you were going to be when you started out.
