Remote Work Is Not Always Great for Moms

I think you also pointed out that remote work is not always great for moms because even if there's somebody else watching the kids, the mom is always the one that kids interrupted. And I often think about that with my daughters. My younger daughter looks like a tiny Victorian ghost wearing a nightgown and she's pressed up against the glass. She will be sitting physically next to that to this day. It just drives me bananas.
