Frostbark - A Very Interesting Push-Pull Mechanism

Every action you do is a cold action, unless you've heated it somehow. And the various criteria of determining whether or not an action is considered cold or heated is very simple to apply as a push-pull mechanism with respect to both the weather and coal distribution. The spaceyality of where you're building the buildings, buildings have a certain insulation value. On top of that, you want them as proximate to the generators possible because as you're checking an ever increasing quantity of coal into the generator, if you send your workers out such that the generator isn't fired hot enough, they'll get sick.
