There's a relationship between calories burned and how hungry you become. A lot of times we assume, oh, i need to make sure i'm getting one point six grams per kilogram of the high quality stuff when in reality, it's very much not matching that literature. And just for contect i i wish i had the type of memory where i could give exact numbers, but, ah, there is a nice paper i saw the other day that looked at what percentage protein comes from plants and what % comes from animal sources. All right, so i think i've answered all the ones i'm going to answer, cause we are at about a our forty five giver take here.
