If your company is already doing layoffs, that's probably not the right place to be at anyway. Get in one of those companies and those companies are growing like crazy. You have to become that motherfucker that they can't live without because if you could become that, that makes you immune to the layoffs. When the layoffs happen, they don't cut the good people, bro. They cut the people they can get away with.
