A Shooter Slash Second Bomb

In theory, a group of armed officers should have rushed into the foyer shortly after paul reed did. These officers oud then have cleared through the area, looking for any potential suspects or second bombs. That didn't happen for 29 minutes and only people inside the blast zone were some police officers who'd been on duty in the arena. The ambulance service waited on the other side of the blockade, and the fire brigade waited at an assembly point two miles from the manchester arena. But with nose stretchers, paul and the officer had no choice but to use a piece of plastic boarding to try and carry the little girl out of the foyer.
