Getting Bigger Is Not a Bad Idea, Right?

If you are persistent in your trainings, on point, you'll gain weight. The longer you overfeed, the more active the engymes become that convert calorisor shunt calories, towards fat. You're more likely to snore and have sleep apnea if you live a supersised life. Oa, not usually mentioned is the fact that you'll pay more for just about everything. But it's part of the deal. Nobody ever got bigger eating like a bird, right? Although there are a lot of guys out there that try. It just doesn't work.
