The Fed's guidance to federally chartered banks is you can't issue us, cannot issue a stable coin on a public blockchain. So this would just say that you can only do it. It just ensures that banks do not have competition for transactions. On the market structure bill, people were excited that it left committee. I believe that's first time a dedicated crypto bill has actually been successfully voted out of committee.
