Are You a History Major?

I think my advisor, L'Orealette, does a ton of historical work. She really instilled in me a kind of respect for the archives and this chance to get to dig through. We've talked a lot about interdisciplinarity with one another. That's partly why I wanted to be on Minnesota because I think Minnesota publishes so much theoretically important and rich and interdisciplinary work. It really values that, which really aligns with how I like to think about scholarship and sort of my methods.
