How to Reduce Your Anaerobic Component
Exercise physiologist Sebastian Weber will discuss how to decrease your anaerobic component. For those lower intensity sets, the endurance swims, aerobic swims, try to do one or two of them fasted. So just to reiterate, keep sending in any questions you need answered. Nothing is too simple.
