Shy people don't go on the programme because lots of shy people do, including myself. You will have to be able to show that you're not an extravert or overly shy. The oldest successful candidate is six years older than he has ever interviewed. If you send your application in at the end of the dead line, is that bad? Ah, i i don't think so. I think it shows that you you're really serious about the teaching aspect which is good.
