Is Russia a Declining Power?
I think there's two different narratives that we often hear about the Russia as a country and the Russian economy more specifically. One is that you can muddle through for a very long time, but that can really go on for decades. I would agree with the notion of declining power in terms of stagnation inevitably leads to shrinking of our role and weight within the global economy. We will get to that point. And another possibility which I'm actively working on together with Alexei Navalny and their colleagues in their position is try to wake up the Russian population and demand answers.
