The Failure of Scott and I in the 2000s

Barrett: By 2002, we were so negative and so cynical that we're like, ah, yeah, it's going to fail again. And there's a follow through back there. There was one in late 2002 and then another one in early 2003. One of the follow throughs started to work. Some of the high relative strength stocks started to outperform. Barrett: I got in at a really good price with some of these leading names that are showing good relative strength rank. That was a market bottom.
