Is It a Good Idea to Work With a Summer Associate?
When you're a summer associate I think not as much generally as expected of you so you at least need to be there. Oh and I've heard of firms where their secretary was literally required to basically like check people in and check them out if you're at that too. Every place is different but it's a good idea to talk to your mentor or go out to lunch with some junior associates because you just don't want to stand out.
