The World's Worst Open Secret

North grea doesn't disclose how many nuclear weapons it has. Analyst have to guess based on how uch ficile material they think that government has created, the actual size of their stock pile. People have no idea. Maybe forty, maybe 50. Who knows? And then israel has for many years been the cheerful keeper of the world's worst open secret in a nuclear technology. They have never officially acknowledge that they have a nuclear weapons programme, but everybody knows, and they're fine with everybody knowing. It's kind of like a game of uno.
