Is the Special Meeting a Good Idea or a Bad Idea?

AMC will hold a special meeting on March 14th to vote on joining the euro. The company is also suing AMC over its decision not to join the eurozone in 2011. CNN's John Defterios says he has some theories as to why they would do this. He thinks it may be because of an easier case that can be made after the vote, which could improve negotiating dynamics and simplifying after the vote.
