To day marks 14 years of sobriety for me. I got sober on september thirteenth, two thousand eight. So grateful that i was such a mess, hot mess, from the getko. To day we are diving deep with returning guest, friend of the pod, tiffany carter. In particular, she had a recent experience with a friend o friendship break up. She came to the realization that she was recreating the relationship dynamics with her mother in this and this friendship. And it was a very painful experience, but a very rewarding and a huge growth opportunity for tifany.
