What the Buddhist Says Is, Oh, I'm Feeling Something Unpleasant
The buddha actually talks about, he says that when there's the vedna, that's immediately followed by sanya. Sanya is usually translater's perception but i want to translate it as conceptualization. In other words, there's something pleasant, and you conceptualize what this thing is. And one of the sankaras that gets created is craving andor clinging. So instead, the buddhist recommend you get in there, you experience the pleasant you can identify it, and that's it. Don't go any further.
