The way we transfer knowledge in the best way is through stories. Too many times what you see is people create a product and they say, marketing, now tell the story. When it's reality, when it's something that's non fiction or something like that, you have to deliver on the promise that you're told. So so when there's the story, and then there's the thing you're delivering, that has to deliver too. The customer journey is everything from when they first learn about your how they learn about your company the first time.
