There's going to be a lot of opportunity not only with government options for the moon, but there will be private investment as well on the moon. I think fixed cost fixed price has a place. Some of this requires a little more in the way of government assistance than we did on transportation. There's a huge difference in the way that commercial cargo and crew were run where there was a development phase; they're getting $70 million or $80 million per mission.
