Is a Hot Dog a Sandwich?
The reason for the is a hot dog, a sandwich controversy is because sandwiches are taxed at a different rate than other kinds of foodstuffs. Same with cake and bread and subway sandwich was running into this problem that their sandwich buns are so high in sugar that they were actually classified as cake,. which is taxed at a higher rate than bread. The old British version of that is Jaffa cakes. I don't know if anyone knows what those are. They're like little, well, according to the tax laws, they are cookies, I think. And there was a long court case about that in the UK about which, which category they fall into.
