The Problem With the Constitution

I feel like if we look at what America is today, it's hard. We actually discussed it on the show. Someone pointed out that I think Ben Franklin or someone wrote a letter back to him saying, here's what you've, you've missed. The idea that anything not delegated specifically to the federal government should be the responsibility of the States hasn't been listened to. That's why the constitution is Swiss cheese.
