When that's complete, the whole system will have a capacity of 64 billion liters. But cradly enough, it can still become overwhelmed in a big storm,. In which case they're going to go back to the usual kind of runoff strategy. There used to be less than 10 species of fish in the waterways around Chicago. Now there are 80 species; I'm not too much of a chippy guy but this is pretty incredible.
