Don't Let People Get Mad at You - That's the Right Advice
Don't project on people, ask them what they're thinking rather than say it. Avoid passive aggression and stay out of other people's fights. Don't hold grudges or be like water - let things go. If you just not a productive way of discourse then absolutely yes. Absolutely leads right in to swallow your pride and admit when you're wrong. That would have really helped me.
