You cannot even imagine someone, am someone who's a school teacher, an amateur theatre producer, being able to re engineer a huge geographical area like this. This is a gainst where we're in. A world that's extremely different from the world of just 50 or years ago. And one of the things that happens is that money somehow becomes much more important. The most important thing is to find the way to get maximum diversification at minimum cost and do something like a portfolio investing.
