How to Personalize Professional Development for Staff
The idea of mastery through effective CPD for staff and the autonomy so that staff feel like they're trusted to do what they've identified needs to be done in their lessons. I really feel like sometimes those things are constrained maybe not the sense of purpose but the mastery and autonomy are sometimes constrained because we're in such a high stakes accountability system. What would you say in terms of personalizing that professional development?
