There's so many of these continuous monitors yeah it will be interesting to see where we're going to be in three five ten years from now. The only drawback on a continuous glucose monitor is the fact that it lasts a couple of weeks or like sometimes it comes off sooner or gets uncomfortable. I wish if I could just like put it in just always know I have a super fascinating because there's counter intuitive things like for instance it's not just your diet it's that when you're sleeping less and you have elevated cortisol when you sleep less then your body is less good at metabolizing glucose.
