She suggested to me that I try something called pleasure gratitude. It's a gratitude practice but it's specific. You ask yourself what pleasure have I experienced today, for which I can be thankful. And just every day you think today. Wow that that's a goody bolognese that I cooked. That was such a thrill and a delight to eat that. Today I got to have sex and my skin touched my partner's skin and that felt delicious and connecting. She says the mirror exercise is one small way listeners can get started on what she taught today.
