I think it's this misconception that somehow, once you reach a certain level of training's data, it's only possible to achieve improvements on a cycle by cycle basis. I'm like, no, you can actually see them from one workout to the next if you structure your program correctly. Myoreps and clusters are done very closely for the most part. They have a kind of what's it called, an intercept like a break period that's short. It's a broken rest period.
