Being healthy in the sense of like your body doesn't hurt you wake up with energy You can move I think that'll make you happy Uh, I'm not gonna say waking up early because I don't think it matters But getting sleep over the long run is going to increase performance and it's going to make you happy. Um, so I do think that there are I think some of these are really good goals but they might have a lot of overlap So take all of it with a grain of salt test it and pay attention To how it how it affects you in your own life for sure.
