Stock Pickers Market - I'm Underweight Technology
Jim Cevallos: I think you get an opportunity to buy virtually any stock at low price. The sectors in which I am overweighted, I feel very positive about. But going back to Shannon at the top here, I'm underweight technology. He says he thinks we're in a transition from growth leadership to value leadership.
