In some areas in asia or in the middle east, it would be very hard to push the subscription model. For example, who owns the hardware? Liability, the mentality of the management in these companies. It's an exploratory phase where we see if this model would work with everyone, or we'll have to adopt along the way. Another obstacle batapasy had, or most likely still have to overcome, is how to deal with uncertainty.
