ABM and Account Based Marketing - What's the Team Spirit?
Having adopted account-based marketing over the past five years how has the team spirit changed looking across your organization. I can say that I'm having a tough time keeping them intact because they are being continuously hunted from outside no it's been an absolutely fantastic journey for the team. We have close to about 20 AVMS right now we want to scale it up as as in when accounts get added and like I mentioned earlier we want to make sure that it is one person for two accounts That should be our philosophy as we increase the size and the number of accounts also moving forward.
