The negotiations didnt go as smoothly as heu would have liked. Our election was a factor for the government. The governet was hoping that the new administration would perhaps be less anxious too withdraw forces, be more supportive in the negotiation. But if you ask, i will tell you that plan included but nevertheless, the inter afgan negotiation did not make progress... We wanted to negotiate a security and political relationship with that government.
