Psychological Safety Leads to More Profits

I think there's still so much distance to go to build this elite level culture that we're trying to talk about here. And it's quite clear from some of our work in different groups that there are just some individuals that do not hold this as a value. You actually just can't improve or shape anything if there's people that just fundamentally don't think that teamwork is important. I care a lot more about is our organization performing at its best.
