How to Use Media to Stay Informed
I think for everybody, particularly in the age of social media and the addictiveness of the internet, figuring out your information diet is really important. And there is a tendency of the mainstream media and politicians to tell us a story that we're just consumers or maybe we can also go vote. So they fail us on that story, but there are other places you can go for that story. I totally agree with you that the mainstream narrative is often discourages action partly by suggesting that it is too late. It's all about sacrifice.
