Is There a Diversion in Goal Setting?

When I started my business, I was trying to teach people thinking skills and it turns out nobody thinks they need thinking skills. But I eventually figured out that a lot of people think they need motivational skills. And I'm really teaching them thinking skills disguised as motivational skills. That is in spades with respect to goal setting because precision and clarity is the, is like 90% of the issue in goal setting. It's the place that people need to learn how to essentialize in their whole, in their own lives.
