i remember maybe like 15 years ago or so, when a when the first research related to omega threes potentially aiding in resistance training recovery. And there their dosing recommendations were basically, look, start at five grams per day a fish oil and then just ramp up from there. At some point you will start having steaterea. You'll have oily poops that you have a hard time keeping in. Not good thats that's not what you want to happen. So i don't need to tarnish them with something when i'm not sure about itso i don't know if was bio test,. They were hawking a, you know, supposedly like superior quality omega three supplement.
