"I would have these like kind of irrational fears that something bad was gonna happen or somebody's gonna hurt me," she says. "Now I have a name for it and an understanding of it and they still happen but not nearly as often" She describes having heart palpitations, refusing to pull down her pants when she needs to urinate in the movie theater and being afraid someone is going to hit her with a truck. "[Naming] just naming it takes away like 20% just being like this is a panic attack."
