I love that idea that it's not about a sort of doctor and error approach. This is what we know works and then just applying that as a formula but really working with the life human being in front of us. It always seems to me as someone who studies and uses mindfulness clinically almost without exception has a personal interest in mindfulness. And I'm curious about what drew you to mindfulness and what continues to draw you to it on a personal level.
