For a libertarian I feel like I have a lot more liberty interests, concerns in these scenarios than you do. You can't just lock people up and say that they're crazy and throw away the key. We should be very careful about the substantive liberty interests of Americans. That's one of the founding principles of our country. And I don't think we should throw it out the window.
