Is the Fed Going to Overshoot the 4,100?

Danny Cevallos: I have a feeling this will be a very volatile month of December. We've been saying for a while that we thought 4,000, maybe we overshoot the 4,100. He says at about 65 or so basis point inverted, it's coming to a theory in your you. The Fed is forced to at least maintain their hawkishness even if it's speak and maybe there is only 50 basis points less.
