Is This a Global Energy Crisis?

We could absolutely see fuel crises around the globe. Part of that is due to historically low investment in fossil fuels. And this is precipitating a huge energy crisis. Ellen does any part of the capping of energy prices from russ or at least the energy prices that they receive? Does it make sense to you in terms of its feasibility in a roll out, in getting everyone on board,.
