Dorken's Galetarian Fantasy

Dwarken: No government is legitimate that does not show equal concern for the fate of all those citizens over whom it claims dominion. He proposes what he calls his galetarian fantasy, illustrating his principle of equal resource. Dorken says this distribution of resources would be fair and equal because it passes an envy test. Nobody will prefer somebody else's bundle of resources to his own as everybody started off from the same position and made free choices.
